I have always had a passion for moving my body and coming up with creative ways to workout. I want students to feel strong and in tune with their bodies after my class!

What inspires you

Wanting people to feel their best both inside and out! I love seeing the faces of students once they’ve finished a class – usually exhausted but fulfilled ;)
