Drinks

We sell a range of drinks and electrolytes at the reception desk. Hartz natural still mineral water and sports drinks are available. We also stock Vitacoco, a refreshing drink made purely from baby green coconut water. This water is incredibly high in potassium – in a 330mL drink there is more potassium than 2 bananas! This essential mineral assists in rehydrating the body and helps to prevent cramping. You will also find Nuun active hydration tablets at the front desk. These are an easy, affordable way to quickly replenish your electrolytes and prepare for your next class. Nuun tablets contain only 6 calories without all the sugars and easily cut out plastic bottle waste….just pop one in your water bottle!

At Studio New Town you will find an array of yoga clothes, especially designed for hot yoga. We currently stock Shakti Activewear, which is long-lasting, fashionable yoga wear perfect for the modern yogis and yoginis today! You will find a selection of capri pants, shorts, tank tops and crop tops. Stay tuned for more yogawear as we will be stocking various brands in the near future.
